All of our suites are constructed with state-of-the-art materials for comfort, safety and luxurious amenities to pamper your pets. Suite sanitation is never an issue, as Rescue™ veterinary disinfectant will always be used. The canine area of our facility is outfitted with skylights and large windows to allow natural sunlight in throughout the day. Furthermore, each pet is given four (4) 25 minute play sessions throughout the day to help pass the time until your return. For a fee, additional play time is available per your request.

Accommodations
After Hours
With some limitations, we are willing to work with you to accommodate after-hours pickup and drop off from our pet boarding facility for an additional fee.
Pet Medications / Diet
If needed, we are happy to administer your pet’s medications. When it comes to nutrition we feed our guests Hill’s and/or Purina veterinary diets and veterinarian-approved treats.
Exercise
Our suites are roomy enough for exercise; however, if you prefer individualized exercise for your pet, we offer additional time with one of our staff members for an added fee.
Making Reservations
Cat or dog boarding reservations should be made well in advance to ensure a spot for your pet. At check-in, a team member will ask for an emergency contact person, your pet’s feeding instructions, health concerns, medication instructions and any other special requirements you or your pet may have. This ensures the proper care of your pet during his/her visit.
